2. Our Services

We provide the following services:

• Event Management: Planning, coordination, and delivery of private, corporate, and public events.
• Accommodation Booking: Acting as an intermediary to secure accommodation with third-party providers on your behalf.

Specific terms for each service may be detailed in individual service agreements or booking confirmations.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when engaging our services.
• Comply with payment terms and deadlines as stated in quotes, contracts or invoices.
• Inform us of any changes, special requirements, or restrictions related to your event or accommodation needs as early as possible.

4. Booking and Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
• Full payment must be made by the due date stated in your quote, contract or invoice.
• Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards or bank transfers.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of bookings or suspension of services.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

By the Client:

• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• Refunds (if any) are subject to your contractual and booking terms, including the timing of the cancellation.

By Us:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to force majeure or supplier failures.
• If we must cancel, you will be offered a full refund of any amounts paid to us, excluding third-party charges we cannot recover.

6. Accommodation Bookings

• We act as an intermediary between you and accommodation providers.
• We are not responsible for the condition, service, or quality of accommodation provided.
• Cancellation and amendment policies are subject to the individual accommodation provider’s terms and these will be made available in your booking terms or contract.

7. Event Management Services

• We will work with suppliers, venues, and vendors on your behalf.
• While we will use reasonable care, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
• Any changes to the event plan requested by you after confirmation may incur additional charges.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, weather, supplier failure, or acts of God.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the relevant service.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials produced for your event (unless supplied by you) remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
We aim to resolve complaints amicably and within 14 working days.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend our services immediately if:

• You fail to pay any amount due; or
• You materially breach these Terms.

Upon termination, you will remain liable for all unpaid fees and any costs incurred on your behalf.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon publication.
